What it is

Cleaning, small and major repairs, plumbing, electrics and appliance repair. You describe the task, professionals send offers, and only the provider you choose gets your address and phone number — after payment.

The offer price covers the work described in the request; materials are as stated in the offer. The provider gets your address and phone only after payment. If the job turns out bigger on site, that is a new request — do not pay extra in cash outside the platform: payment is held until you accept the work.

How it works

  1. Describe the task: choose a category and answer the questionnaire. No contact details or document numbers are needed in the request.

  2. Get offers from providers: price, timeframe and what the work includes. Compare and pick the one that suits you.

  3. Pay online. The money is held by the platform and goes to the provider only after you accept the work, or 5 days after delivery if you raise no issues.
